Starting therapy can be stressful.. It's hard to be vulnerable and trust someone you don't know. But I am easy to talk with and will hold everything you share with me in confidence. I have over ten years experience helping those with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, relationship challenges, and substance abuse. I use EMDR, EMDR for Couples and Rapid Resolution(R) therapies to aid in your road to healing and acceptance. I offer a safe space for all to explore, question, and process- no matter your age, ethnicity, or sexual preference.
