I take pride in building therapeutic relationships where the client's voice is most important. While working with me, one should know that I actively listen to my clients to learn who they are as human beings while assessing their needs. Respect and empathy guide my practice and interactions. I understand how life's twists and turns make it hard to get through each day. Some of the different modalities that I use include Cognitive Behavioral, Person-Centered, and Solution-Focused therapies. Using a trauma-informed approach and providing culturally humble care is essential to building and sustaining therapeutic relationships.
