Therapy is a very individualized process and finding the right therapist for yourself is important. I conceptualize therapy as a collaborative process in which the therapist and client(s) work together to develop treatment content and goals. I can and do work in a solution-oriented fashion but can also go further beyond symptom relief to help clients create lasting change in their lives.
