I view my role as a facilitator and collaborator, helping you to reconnect with and trust your innate wisdom and strength. I am experienced with issues of aging, anxiety, depression, grief and loss. I specialize in trauma treatment. Traumatic experiences can have long-lasting impacts, whether big "T" or small "t" traumas. I work with adolescents and adults in individual therapy, in-person and on-line.
