In a nurturing, judgment-free space, we’ll work together to untangle the past and make sense of the patterns that no longer serve you. I’m currently accepting new clients for both virtual and in-person sessions. Our work will center on nurturing the most essential relationship: the one you have with yourself, moving beyond the expectations others may have placed on you.
