I truly love what I do for a living. I am grateful and honored to be trusted to help people emotionally work through difficult times from the past and challenges in the present. I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients, especially those who are open to learning new ways of seeing themselves and their relationships. Each client is unique and complex bringing multiple concerns. I am most effective treating anxiety, fears, psychological trauma, low self-esteem, trouble communicating, perfectionism and emotional exhaustion. Ideally, you also have a sense of humor. :)
