Hey there! I'm Pat. I work with adults 18+ who experience anxiety, depression, or are struggling with the impacts of trauma. I help clients navigate through their challenges and reveal the path for their healing and personal growth. When we start, I’ll get to know you and what’s important to you. You'll tell me about yourself and what you're hoping to gain from therapy, and we'll figure out the best way to get you there, together. I offer EMDR therapy for trauma recovery. I enjoy integrating CBT, ACT, and DBT modalities based on your unique needs and preferences.
