We exist at a time in which the "unprecedented" occurs daily, in which women feel pressure to function at full capacity as a mother, wife, daughter, and employee simultaneously at all times, in which we send our children out into a world that we cannot trust will keep them safe, in which our neighbors live in constant fear for their own safety, rights, and livelihoods. It only makes sense that we feel exhausted, helpless, and anxious. It can be so hard to find the beauty that remains, but it does remain. We can find ways to reclaim some of the calm, safety, and ease that we have lost.
