I have 25 years of experience working with clients of all ages, struggling with interpersonal relationships, life transitions and psychiatric illness including depression, anxiety, substance use, bipolar disorder and more. I work with individuals facing challenges at work, in school, coping with loss/grief, struggles parenting, exploring sexuality or dealing with loneliness. I also help couples and families work through conflict, foster strong communication patterns and rebuild positive relationships. I value the therapeutic alliance and establishing one of openness and trust while taking an empathetic and non-judgmental approach. I will make space for you to process challenging material while providing constructive feedback and encouraging further exploration. Using a variety of modalities such as psychodynamic psychotherapy, CBT, DBT and a supportive approach, we can work collaboratively towards your goals, whatever they may be.
