I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a passion for helping adults navigate value or identity conflicts and health stressors. Familiar identity conflicts include the challenges of being a first-generation American, juggling expectations from multiple cultures, learning how to set healthy boundaries, and caring for yourself before you care for others. I also see clients for coping with health stressors such as cancer and fertility concerns. My background in health psychology allows me to support both mental and physical wellness, with a focus on how our life experiences shape the way we think, feel, and relate to others.
