I am a psychotherapist with over 30 years experience working with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transition issues and career counseling. I work with a diverse population stressing a persons strength to become more empowered and gain control over lifes challenges. Areas of clinical focus includes mood disorders,addictive behavior, coping with loss and the effects of chronic low self esteem. I utilize a treatment approach that is direct, empathic and goal oriented. I have offices located in Manhattan and Westchester providing a safe and comfortable environment to do serious work however a bit of humor is always welcome.
