If you are tired of only managing symptoms with short term solutions and are now ready to get to the source of your patterns, I may be the right person for you. My approach allow us to go deeper into your history and identify the origins of the symptoms you are facing. Together we will use evidence based practices to reduce the effects of these negative core beliefs while also going deeper into your history. We may be a particularly good match if you have been impacted by abusive, critical, neglectful, invalidating and/or high expectation environments and want to shed the lifelong effects of these traumas. I am well versed in the latest Evidence Based Practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, CPT, mindfulness and positive psychology). I am now also providing EMDR treatment for trauma. My specialties also include women's issues, positive psychology, body image, self-esteem, and the effects of gender stereotypical upbringings.
