With nine years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and intern, I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach to my work. My professional background also includes serving in school settings as a guidance counselor and ESE teacher, where I supported students’ academic, social, and emotional development. I am a proud mother to a 28-year-old daughter and share my home with a lovable Shih Tzu and two spirited cats. Outside of work, I enjoy relaxing with family and friends and find joy in helping others however I can. I strive to ensure that therapy is at your speed. I offer a safe place where you will be heard. I incorporate humor when it's appropriate, as I believe laughter is a great medicine.
