Hello! My name is Trish and I am a New Hampshire Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. It has been my privilege to assist people struggling with severe mental illness such as depression and anxiety, as well as those who may be overwhelmed by everyday challenges such as family conflict, grief, and life and career changes. My counseling style is to operate first from a place of understanding and acceptance. Change occurs when there is a connection; a recognition that you are heard, understood and not alone.
