I am a licensed mental health therapist that specializes in providing individual therapy for a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, grief/bereavement, and loss. My approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based practices, such as culturally responsive cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness-based therapies. I work with my clients to identify the underlying cause of their symptoms and develop an individualized treatment plan that is tailored to their specific needs and goals.
