Human beings all need one thing; and that is to feel loved and cared for. Our lives have often left us with past trauma and scars. It is universal. Although some stories are worse than others, each one of us needs to work through some level of pain in order to grow and succeed. Our stories are important. They should be told and shared. Everything we have experienced has made us who we are today. We often seek the familiar and repeat old patterns of behavior which no longer serve us. Change is possible. Telling your story to another who listens and cares can have great healing effects. I am ready to listen.
