I am a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida, North Carolina, and Texas. I help individuals, living with mental health challenges such as anxiety, and life transitions. I integrate a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches—including CBT, mindfulness-based techniques, and more—to empower clients to build resilience and achieve personal growth. My goal is to create a supportive, transformative environment where clients can unlock their potential and experience lasting, positive change. In the first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming environment where they can share their concerns and goals for therapy. I will gather background information, explore their current challenges, and discuss what they hope to achieve.
