I do not believe in a one size fits all approach. Each person is unique and may seek therapy for his or her own individual needs and goals. My approach is collaborative, compassionate and interactive. I have a broad range of training and experience and treat struggles with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, traumatic experiences, substance abuse, stress management and marriage and family concerns. I feel privileged to journey with clients as they learn more about themselves and forge a path that brings about a healthier and more fulfilling way of life.
