I was a vocational counselor for many years helping injured workers return to work. I worked as a therapist for twenty years for a psychiatrist, social agency and now in private practice. I specialize in trauma work with adults, children and enjoy working with families to help them become happier and more functional. Individual and couples therapy is particularly rewarding especially when positive change is desired. I can help you formulate and actualize changes in thoughts, feelings and behaviors for more satisfying relationships. I enjoy helping people access their own inner strength and resources to face whatever challenges life presents.
