I treat adults with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, perinatal mood disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder. I see clients struggling with parenting, relationships, adult children of aging parents, and caregivers seeking support. I also treat trauma caused by grief, loss, death, separation, divorce, health loss, disability, domestic violence, or natural disasters. I’m an trauma-informed Christian therapist who works with people from all backgrounds. I offer various approaches, including Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Meditation, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused, Person-centered, and I am EMDR certified.
