I am a licensed psychologist with more than 30 years experience in the field of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (CBT), a powerful cognitive behavioral technique, and an Associate Fellow of the Albert Ellis Institute. I teach people to become their own happier, healthy self. My practice is focused on active-directive strategies to help people gain stability and mental flexibility. I am actively licensed in both Florida and New York State.
