I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Art Therapist, Energy Psychology Practitioner with over 30 years experience helping adolescents and adults with interpersonal issues, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. I am multiculturally sensitive, justice oriented, person-centered, and take a holistic perspective to listen to your individual needs and to collaborate with you to meet your goals. Additionally, grief and loss, women's issues, mood and anxiety disorders, complex trauma, are all areas of concerns I am comfortable helping clients address for healing.
