My experience spans working with individuals across all age groups in private practice, as well as supporting adolescents in school settings who are coping with anxiety, school avoidance, and complex trauma histories. I have a particular passion for working with women navigating major life transitions—whether it’s a mother stepping away from her career to raise a family, a working mom juggling multiple roles, or someone facing life after divorce or loss.
