As a therapist for over 25 years I've been fortunate to witness the inspiring process of positive change in many wonderful and dedicated clients. I believe that a therapist is simply a guide on a journey through the navigations of life challenges. This belief is at the core of what motivates me to work with those who are struggling. Challenges can often seem overwhelming and too much to handle alone, which is why my approach emphasizes supportive exploration, identification, management, or elimination of the root problem.
