Patricia Lugo, LMFT. I have experience working with variety of individuals/groups. I offer an eclectic approach to treatment that seeks to meet you where you are at in your journey and personal growth. I would like to work with teenagers and young adults. The theoretical approach I utilize are attachment, cognitive, behavioral and dialectic therapy. I enjoy helping people discover ways to handle challenging situations they are faced with.
