Growing up in Hawaii, I was immersed in an inclusive array of ethnic and cultural practices, multi generational, traditional, as well as western approaches to healing and wellness. I believe that these approaches can coexist. I will provide space for individuals to know that they are heard and feel validated. I have extensive experience working with individuals and families that have experienced trauma, oppression, as well as horizontal aggression. In all my work I honor family, culture, and community.
