I don't have a "typical" client I look forward to meeting, but anyone who has patterns they want to understand and change could be a good therapy match with me. Most of the time clients are seeking some kind of relief after their own solutions have failed them. We will work together to understand your difficulties from a behavioral/ cognitive perspective to develop the best plan for you. From there I can guide you to develop new ways to think and feel.
