I work with individuals, families, couples from a client-centered humanistic approach, meeting you where you are and helping you to meet your goals. I believe that healing can begin to take place in an authentic human relationship and support my clients in discovering any barriers that may be blocking them in enjoying their best life. I am trained in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing and CPT, and help my clients heal from trauma. I am also a registered yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, & trained in MBSR. I am licensed in NY, NJ and California and see clients virtually in all locations and in person in NYC and Northern NJ.
