We always have a choice! Much is beyond our control, but we choose how we respond to life and where we place our energy and attention. I am lucky to have worked for over 20 years with women and men who choose to live intentionally. In this process, many explore their attachment style and move towards health in all relationships. Some of those I work with have generational dysfunction or trauma, and been affected by another’s addiction or abuse. Some have been affected by a close person with a personality disorder, including those with narcissistic traits. I work with many with co-dependent patterns.
