I offer in person and or telehealth sessions. I believe in person is more effective and connecting and provide a comfortable safe setting. I work with individuals, couples and families, to help them learn insights, skills and techniques for a better quality life. I am trained in EMDR and use it in session as a valueable tool to get through roadblocks. I also use a multi comprehensive approach to therapy, to suit the client needs. I am a very interactive therapist and give homework! I have been in practice for over 25 years. ,Worked in corportate setting, facilitated groups, inpatient programs, and a criticial incident debriefer.
