I help clients tame anxiety and depression - many who see improvement in 6-8 sessions. I hold a MA in Community Counseling and another in School Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Wyoming. My background includes working with adults, children, and teens, teaching parenting skills, drug and alcohol counseling, grief counseling, and working with people with disabilities.
