About
When you lie awake at night, it is rarely just about sleep. Anxiety, loss, even unresolved trauma, can quietly narrow your world, and something fundamental seems no longer steady. On the outside you appear capable and composed, yet privately, on the inside, you feel unsettled. Maybe you’re replaying conversations in your head, questioning yourself, or feeling weighed down by emotions you’ve never fully understood. Nietzsche said "everything in life can be found in solitude, except sanity." Maybe it's time to look more closely with someone you can trust, to help discover what's holding you back from a more peaceful life. Therapy creates a space to dream again. Beneath sleep issues we often find old ways of protecting ourselves that no longer fit who we are. As these patterns loosen, the world can feel less threatening. Moments that once triggered panic or defensiveness begin to feel manageable. Sleep comes more easily and you move through the world with greater ease.
