I'm a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and drug Counselor (LCADC) in the state of Maryland. I have over 25 years of clinical experience. I have experience providing psychotherapy treatment to adults with different types of mental health diagnosis. These diagnosis include depression, anxiety, addiction, truama, and co-occuring substance use disorders. I use a direct , no-nonsense approach to working with individuals and families. Over the years, I've seen many clients with these diagnosis's and with the proper care, they do get better. A client once told me "I have to know you care, before I care what you know".
