I also bring expertise as a certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment professional, helping individuals recover from the unique challenges of toxic or manipulative relationships. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where individuals, teens, young adults, couples, and families can openly explore their challenges and intentions. In our sessions, we’ll identify the emotions driving behaviors and work toward healthier patterns. I also integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing to support lasting behavior change.
