Welcome, brave ones, to the first step in taking control of your mental health and your overall happiness! I know therapy can be intimidating, so I'm super proud of you for taking the first step and looking into therapy. My practice focuses on helping people navigate the complex emotions that make us human, but also on how to process those emotions effectively, communicate clearly and respectfully, and help mitigate and cope with anxiety and depression, as well as general life stressors.
