I offer coaching, compassionate insight and trust in my work with young/midlife adults and elders struggling with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, trauma, substance abuse, obesity and identity issues. I provide unique perspectives considering my own diverse background involving a career change from the corporate arena to clinical psychology. I work in private practice and have conducted research on adult children caring for elder parents. I assist individuals moving through life changing events believing that the path to happiness is self defined and achievement is most rewarding when created from internal wisdom.
