I am a caring and compassionate listener. My style is open, relational and collaborative. It is important to me to provide an environment that is safe and non-judgemental, where a person can develop a sense of trust and well-being. I believe the most effective therapy centers on the connection between client and therapist. In collaborating together, we take a deeply personal journey, exploring possibilities and facing what has been difficult. My goal is to help my client heal and guide them toward increased self knowledge, emotional comfort and relationship satisfaction.
