I am glad that you are making the first step in reaching out for help and support. It often takes courage to come in for the first session. I have over 34 years of helping people dealing with trauma, relational issues, family of origin issues, depression, anxiety, cultural adjustment and re-entry issues. transitions, and healing from abusive relationships.
