I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Yoga/Meditation teacher assisting individuals to come to terms with the stress of life's many challenges by developing the necessary coping skills and strategies to overcome barriers to live a meaningful and fulfilled life. I have vast experience working with people in need of processing traumatic events, addictive behaviors, family therapy as well as growing spiritually. My clients are almost always their best therapists, but they often need help to develop coping skills for whatever confronts them. That is where I come in.
