We all have life happening. Sometimes life situations promote depression, anxiety, unhealthy relationships, and self-destructive behaviors. Transitions, grief and loss, or anger issues might be a factor in your not having the life you'd like to currently lead. My goal is to work with individuals and couples exploring problematic areas causing concern in order to build self esteem and promote a sense of well-being. Respectfully, I will meet you wherever you are at in your life in a non-judgmental setting, walking with you through the stage of change.
