My name is Patricia Zielinski, and for over 25 years I’ve had the privilege of working with people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and addictions. Many people share that finding the right therapist can feel daunting, and I agree. Choosing someone to trust with your inner world is not a small decision. Therapy asks for your time, your energy, and your vulnerability, and it should offer something meaningful in return: real understanding, steady support, and changes that last beyond the therapy room.
