I am an engaging therapist, who has the capacity to empathize and inspire. I have a great deal of experience with life's challenges, and can help you negotiate yours. I am trained in early childhood trauma and how it impacts our adult relationships today. I also have fundamental experience in working with issues surrounding addiction or substance use disorders. My philosophy as a therapist is to provide a safe and comfortable environment, in which the client is received with warm, unconditional positive regard.
