Psychotherapy is about changing your way of being. You may be suffering without understanding why, unable to find relief. You may need help understanding why relationships feel so difficult or unsatisfying. Regardless of what brings you in, you have an opportunity in therapy to relieve suffering, discover meaning, build resilience, and ultimately feel more whole as a human being. I work with warmth and emotional authenticity, and my mission is to always respect your dignity and freedom to determine your own life. I have clinical experience in private and community settings as a therapist, supervisor, consultant, and teacher. I work primarily with men’s issues, addiction, psychosis, and other complex trauma including sexual and emotional abuse. I also work with therapists feeling stuck in their work and wishing to deepen their empathic capacities with patients.
