I work with couples, families, and individuals living out patterns that feel corrosive or draining. Clients who work with me often struggle with interpersonal challenges - social anxiety, loneliness, mistrust, or interactions feeling "off" somehow. With a background in trauma work, I am particularly interested in working with relationships impacted by trauma or chronic stress.
