Hi, my name is Patrick Hoekstra, and I am a LCSW in the state of Indiana. I have been practicing since 2016 in Michigan and Indiana. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches as I feel it helps the client achieve their goals quickly by changing how we are thinking to external stimulus. My approach to therapy is a partnership approach where the client and I guide the treatment and each session. I push my clients with love to reach their full potential and to reach their personal goals. I have a lot of experience working with clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and etc.
