Life is challenging; wouldn’t it be helpful to work through some of these challenges with a professional? I take a personalized approach in helping professionals negotiate the challenges of work/life stress, and career advancement. My area of specialty is with a variety of clinical needs, ranging from adjustment difficulties to the treatment of anxiety, and substance use and treatment. I have experience in treating a wide range of populations as well, and offer individual, and couples-based therapy.
