I have over 40 years of experience working with a wide variety of clients, a wide range of issues and ages ranging from adolescence to the elderly. I have worked in multiple Mental Health and Substance Abuse treatment settings both inpatient and outpatient. I have run various types of Mental Health Programs, EAP services, and co-owned several group practices. In particular, I work with aduts, couples, families, and adolescents experiencing problems including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, job/work/career concerns, and school performance issues. I also utilize many strategies /tools from the John Gottman method.
