I use my education and experience in mental health therapy, nutrition and addiction counseling, and physical activity to provide a holistic perspective on wellness, including weight loss and supporting those using GLP-1 medications. I will work with you to better understand your symptoms and behaviors and guide you through a treatment process that integrates and improves all areas of wellness. I am a firm believer that understanding and improving mental wellness is essential preventive medicine.
