As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work from a person-centered perspective, and have a collaborative, strength-based approach that is mindful of cultural, ethnic, gender and economic concerns. I use an integrative approach that includes psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral techniques. I believe people can use their support system, community resources, mindfulness and newly learned skills to live the life they envision for themselves. I work hard to maintain a respectful environment and to create a space where you can feel comfortable sorting through what is bringing you discomfort.
