I am a Columbia University trained licensed psychologist specializing in treating school age children and young adults. I am skilled in treating a wide range of difficulties that children may have including: anxiety, depression, stress-induced difficulties, problems with school and social adjustment as well as family-based difficulties. Part of my treatment approach is identifying individual strengths and capacities (rather than just vulnerabilities) to maximize an individual's ability to cope with challenging circumstances and strengthen and grow. I also have a strong interest in how cognition impacts young athletes.
